Definately right Steve, abit of practice and just deciding to link them makes thedouble unders better
Also found focusing on lifting feet up vs. slamming them down (ie. thinking past one double under) makes for more success.

I did this WO this morning in the dark with some serious dog walkers in the scene.
-15:20 was the time. flew through last 3 sets. got 2x12reps of double unders in the 20set...yah thats 24 but didnt want to stop.
