A great exercise for increasing control of your body, core strength, core awareness and your quiver of party tricks!
- Tips: Lie with your lower back touching the ground, arms straight out/elbows beside ears, point your toes and then begin rocking keeping your original alignment throughout the rocking motion. Holding this position is the challenge and will improve with practice !
