Every Christmas Smart Athletes, clients , family and friends throw down a best time for 50 burpees !
Mine was 3:35 this year which I think means I'm getting less fit in terms of general fitness at least !

Christmas with my little brothers this year. I challenged them to do as many burpees as they could in the time it took me to do my 50. They lost count at some point during the 3 minutes 18 seconds.
I ended up convincing my sister to do them and we did them in 4:20, minus 10 for 4;10.
Training will definitely get you somewhere. Thanks.
